With the decrease in inventory, prices are rising. Buyers, please don’t wait until you are priced out of the market. Call me for current, up to date information. Rentals are brisk this summer but please, don't forget we rent properties year round and Spring & Fall are great here. Please, whatever you do, don’t book your vacation with VRBO or other sites that take all the choices out of the owners’ hands and charge renters huge fees. Check out this local rental site: www.ECBYO.com or other local sites to book your vacation.

Three new snorkeling reefs are currently being built about 300' off Orange Beach shoreline and will be a great place to practice this sport.
Gulf Shores has broken away from the Baldwin County School System and formed their own system. Orange Beach & Ft Morgan areas will remain with the Baldwin County Public Schools. Orange Beach has just opened a new middle & high schools on Canal Rd where the old sewer plant was located.
Finally Canal Rd in Orange Beach from the bridge at The Wharf to Hwy 161 has been widened to 2 lanes in each direction. This should help with the traffic jams after all the paving if finished.
2020 has been a very unusual year. Dispite the virus the summer rental season was very busy. And then came SALLY. This hurricane did quite a bit of damage to our area but with the work of many, many people we will return to even bigger and better. Please remember to support the local businesses in their recovery.
